How it works.

Registration and receipt of an individual address

Log on to the site and receive your personal tax free address that you will find in your personal account with a unique number that starts with an M (e.g., M007). 
NOTE: You must indicate this code with the shipping address on the seller’s website (shipping address) for your rapid and full identification. After you fill in the shipping address in the format of the shop and make the payment with the bank card, wait for confirmation of the order.

Placing the order in the Internet shop

After the shop confirms your order and you receive the corresponding information by email, wait for notification of delivery. The post company that you select when placing the order will ship the order to the American warehouse depending on the seller’s location and the selected form of delivery.

Declaring the purchased items

As soon as the seller ships your order, you will receive by email a unique tracking code (there are exceptions, 5-7% of the sellers ship the items without notification and without assigning a tracking code. In this case, wait for notification from the American warehouse on receipt of your order). Insert the tracking code received from the seller in the marked field in your personal account and declare your item by filling in all the necessary fields and fill up your account in advance. In this case, the items delivered to the warehouse will be identified, the delivery will be paid and you will receive the corresponding notification with the invoice.

Warehouse procedures

When the warehouse receives your package, it starts processing it, checking of the received items. The items ready to be shipped will be packed by their actual or dimensional weight depending on the volume and type of production and the process of transportation will start immediately. You will be able to trace the movement of your parcel on your personal account.

Customs procedures

The parcels will go through the customs check in the airport of destination and will be prepared for shipping to the address indicated by you in the system. You can only change the delivery address in your personal account before the arrival of your parcel to the distribution center in Chisinau. 
The company can provide storage for the undeclared and unpaid items at its expense for 21 days at most. Then, the company will act as per the individual agreement with the client and/or in line with the Moldovan legislation.

Delivery

The process of shipping, customs clearance and postal delivery will take 7 days on average.
